Processing Times

All orders are processed within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You'll receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

• Domestic Shipping (U.S.): Estimated delivery in 7-11 business days after processing.
• Our products are custom-made when you place your order, which is why it takes us a wee bit longer to deliver to you. We take sustainability quite seriously. It's one of the reasons we don't have a physical storefront (We also don't like to get up early, but whatever).  
• Making products on demand instead of in bulk helps reduce overconsumption, so thanks for making thoughtful purchasing decisions.

International Shipping: We do not currently offer our products outside of the US. We are working on it, promise. When we launch International shipping, the estimated delivery will likely fall in the 7–21 business days range, depending on location. Customs delays may occur.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Pretty Bold is not responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or import duties applied to your order. All charges imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once your order leaves our store, it's in the hands of the shipping gods. We do all that we can to make sure it's shipped on time and send to the correct address. But stuff happens. If some of that stuff affects your order, we'll do our best to help.
