You've got 30 days from the day your goodies land on your doorstep to decide if they're worthy of your fabulous energy.

To return:

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and just as flawless as they arrived.
• Include your order number, so we know it's really you.

💸 Return Shipping Costs

Free return shipping on all eligible items — on us, always.

Even our magic has limits:

• Gift cards
• Digital downloads
• Personalized items
• Anything that's been loved a little too hard

Need a different size or color?

Shoot us an email at hello@prettybold.shop and we'll swap it out (if we've got it). We love a good glow-up.

💔 Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your package shows up looking like it's been through a boss battle, email us within 7 days with photos. We'll fix it fast.

💳 Refunds

Once your return is checked in, refunds could take 5–10 business days to boomerang back to your card. No drama, no shade — just processing time. If we could make the banks move faster....we definitely would.
