📍 Where do you ship?

We ship wherever Pretty Bold energy is welcome — U.S. and select international countries.

⏱ How long does shipping take?

• Processing: 2–5 business days

• U.S. delivery: 5–10 business days

• International: depends on the destination + customs’ mood

** Keep in mind we have no control over the mail carriers and if they’re working slower than usual (holidays or government shutdowns, for example) - we can’t make them move faster.

🛑 Can I change or cancel my order?

If you need to make changes, hit us up within 24 hours and include your order number.

After that, production starts and your order is officially in its “can’t stop won’t stop” era. Which means the whole thing will take a lot longer to resolve. We hate that, too.

💸 Do you accept returns?

Most of the major ones: credit cards, Shop Pay, PayPal, and more depending on your region. That could change, depending on business needs and customer demand.
